The residence is located on the site of the Val-d'Illiez thermal baths (currently closed). With its large west-facing bay window, the apartment is bright and airy. The view is unobstructed and the terrace overlooks a small pond. The villages of Val-d'Illiez and Troistorrents are just a few minutes' drive away, offering restaurants and shops. The "Fayot" stop on the regional AOMC train is a ten-minute walk from the residence, providing access to the Champéry gondola to the Portes du Soleil ski area.
