In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces) at 20 m public parking 400 m. Shop 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 150 m, bathing lake 7 km. Ski lift 4 km, chair lift 4 km, skisport facilities 4 km, slopes 4 km, ski school 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
