This 1-bedroom apartment offers a total of 2 optimal sleeping arrangements, as follows: • 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm) • 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet • A fully equipped kitchen (open to the living area) (microwave, conventional oven, electric stovetop, electric kettle, refrigerator, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine) • A large living area with a dining table for up to 6 people • A living room with 1 3-seater sofa (sofa convertible into a comfortable bed) and 1 armchair, 1 TV, and Wi-Fi • 1 south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the Dents-du-Midi mountains, furnished with 1 table and 2 chairs • 1 private parking space in the underground parking lot at "P2" (maximum height 1.95 cm) Pets may be allowed in the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in an additional charge to deodorize/deep clean the property.

Check-ins are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. You must contact me, Aurore Borrat-Besson, director of the rental agency Ambiance Locations+ Services at +41/79/381.82.24 24 hours before your arrival to agree on the delivery of the keys. I welcome you personally and take a tour of the apartment and provide you with personalized information and activities. I am present in the village and remain at your disposal for any information during your stay. Check-outs are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at the latest. Departures after 10 a.m. are not possible with some exceptions.
