Chalet La Frassonayaz

Chalet Frassonayaz is a family-owned chalet built in the beginning of the 19th century and restored in 2008, preserving the charm of a mountain chalet. It is situated in the middle of a field of flowers close to the waterfalls of the Torrent du Soi. The walking path to the heights of the Dents du Midi by the Signal de Soi or Antème climbs close to the chalet. By car, it is five minutes to the village of Val d'Illiez, ten minutes to Champèry and twenty minutes to Monthey and the motorway exit of St. Triphon. Val d'Illiez is on the AOMC trainline from Aigle and the Postal bus takes you up to the vast ski and VTT area of the Portes du Soleil. In the village you will find a doctor and medical emergency centre; a chemist; a grocery and bakery, several restaurants and a petrol station.
