At the 1st floor 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub and WC -Kitchen : opened kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher -​Various : WIFI and TV, pets are not allowed, non-smoker, 2 parking spaces, wash machine and dryer , access not very easy during the winter
